How To Resurrect Your HubScore

Oh Me! Oh My! I have let my Hubspace fall into disrepair....Oh dear! Was it her lack of love? Or her silence, or was it me...distracted, taken away to the NBT - next big thing. Was it her quiet unassuming, non-self promoting lack of request for attention, or was it my lack of emotional connectedness, lack of attention, lack of consideration.

Yes it is true, i have let her fall into disrepair. I slipped to below 40. Oh dear. She will not follow. At 40 she will not even look at me, much les follow me!! I believe I need to be in good standing at 75 for hub (my love) to follow. Maybe my efforts have grown old and crotchety - maybe they are simply out of date. HHHmmmm, yes the Madonna tour has passed us by, and so too has Neil Diamond.   HHmmmmm, definitely out of date. But I sell tickets. What to do? What to do?

Ok, so I deleted the Madonna Hub that had slipped to 3...YES 3!!!! Wow, that was a bad one. maybe too promotional...Dunno, it was one of my first. It told a good story, with links to my site.

So I will progressively go through the hubs I have and see of I can lift them out of a pit, freshen them up, or give them so new content. Not sure if it will work on all of them, but I need to make sure each one is above 40 to restore a sense of pride...of quality...a follow!!

Of course the smartest thing to do for my love is something new...something surprising...something unexpected, something fresh. So some new hubs are in order. Despite the power or Ezinearticles, I still think this is the best place to publish your new content first. It is more pleasant, moe attractive, more sexy that conservative EZA. I can add pictures. I can get a decent PR here. I can add RSS feeds, and Ebay feeds and Amazon options. Hubpages rock, and here should be the first place you put fresh content. Rewrites can go elsewhere for those backlinks you seek. Make your hubs interesting and varied with video and other interesting addons.

So new hubs will be on the way. Oh the time!!

Get some traffic - write an article that will be of interest to people, get to know your niche and write to some keywords that you know people will search for. Link some of your external pages to your hubpage.

Another great thing to improve your hubscore is to get involved in the community. Get some friends, go out a bit, have a chat, participate in comments, forums, questionairres etc. be part of the team, not work agin it. Also, link to other hubs that are relevant and add some more information.

Minimise your links elsewhere. This is not a place for purely marketing. Add a bit more content to your sites, keep it factual and informative.

So, there you have it. Neglect shall be transformed to abiding love, and a bit a bit of effort shall be put into the relationship. I do still love her.
